Sebastien BENOTEAU

Graduated from the University of Toulouse in company and tax law (Master), Sébastien BENOTEAU enjoys more than 15 years of experience. He has first worked in Toulouse in leading law firms and as an independent worker before to join the firm in 2019.
 

He is mainly working for land developers and  real estate investors (commercial rent), and surfwear companies (commercial agent contracts/ distribution contracts…).
 

He is also in charge of the restructuring and acquisition/sale of companies, and manage the legal assistance for the companies subscribing to our legal assistance services for annual general meetings.
