Anthony JACQUET

Anthony JACQUET holds a Master II in Business Law from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master II from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris. In 2016, he joined Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats where he worked for two years in the Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions department, and then joined BGB & Associés in Paris, where he worked for several months.

He joined ACBC & Associés in 2019 and became a Partner in 2023.

With his dual training in law and business school, Anthony JACQUET assists business leaders and companies in their day-to-day operations by advising them on corporate law, commercial contracts, commercial leases and intellectual property.

Anthony JACQUET also advises on corporate restructuring and M&A matters (legal audit, transfer of shares, SPAs, transfer of business, guarantee of assets and liabilities, LBO, etc.).

Anthony JACQUET is fluent in English.
