Sandrine EDREI

Graduated of two Master 2 in Private Law and Legal Career from the University of Versailles, Sandrine EDREI has been a member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 2014 where she has worked during five years as a tax lawyer for the law firm FIDAL International Direction in the Tax Corporate/M&A department before joining the Tax department of the law firm ACBC in 2019.

With an in-depth knowledge, Sandrine EDREI assists directors as well as companies of all sizes in tax matters. Sandrine EDREI is involved in due diligence works, tax advises related to different issues concerning for example structuration plans, furnished rental, contribution of shares, transfer of business, computation of the tax results, etc.

Sandrine EDREI also offers support on your relationship with the French tax authorities (claim), tax audit (first meeting with tax inspector, meeting with the superior and meeting at the department committee) and to file a claim before the administrative jurisdictions.
