Valentin BERGUE

Valentin BERGUE holds a Master II degree in European Affairs from the University of Bordeaux with a major in law and economics. He passed the entrance exam to the Ecole des Avocats with a major in public law and administrative litigation.

Valentin BERGUE gained further experience in Paris in the services of the Presidency of the Republic, the Defender of Rights (Ombudsman) and the Administrative Court of Appeal of Paris where he was a legal assistant. Still in Paris, he practiced in a renowned American law firm before joining ACBC in 2021.

With his skills, Valentin BERGUE advises the firm's clients in business law, commercial law and commercial lease law. He assists clients in all matters relating to administrative law, public law, urban planning law, environmental law, and civil service law, both during negotiations with the administration and during the litigation phase before the courts.
